SpreadsheetBroccoli provides online tools for converting, processing, and transforming CSV and Excel files. Our service allows you to upload files, preview conversions, and download processed results.

2. Payments and Refunds

Some features of the Service require payment. You will be charged per conversion or per file processed, depending on the service you use.

Refund Policy:

  • No Files Processed: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Files Processed: No refund available as digital content has been delivered
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if our service fails to process your file due to technical problems on our end

3. Content and Data

Our Service allows you to upload and process files. You are responsible for the data you provide to our Service and the results generated from that data.

You retain all ownership rights in your data. Files are automatically deleted after processing and are not stored on our servers.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all data in the manner contemplated by the Service, and (ii) your data does not violate any rights of any person.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpreadsheetBroccoli and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpreadsheetBroccoli, nor its agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
